Why The 21st Century Academy Works For the Average Joe

Monday, January 28th, 2008

There is certainly no shortage of wealth creation programs out there. Many of these are very good programs, too (and still many others are just scams disguised as financial management or investment strategies). Not all wealth creation programs are well-suited to the goals of the average man or woman. Jamie McIntyre’s 21st Century Academy, though, is not one of those programs.

What Sets Jamie McIntyre & The 21st Century Academy Apart

The 21st Century Academy program is much more suited to wealth creation for the average man or woman. One of the primary reasons is that Jamie was an average guy when he started off in wealth creation, so it was easy for him to create a course that spoke to and served the needs of the average person. This course was not created to make the rich investor richer, it was created to build wealth for the regular man or woman from average (or even below average) means.

Jamie McIntyre’s 21st Century Academy courses start at the point where the average person starts from. This includes the psychological, intellectual, and financial starting point of the middle or lower (income) class, and even if you think you are severely lacking in preparation in any of these areas, the 21st Century Academy course devised by Jamie McIntyre can work for you.

Characteristics Of Suiting Wealth Creation Programs

A few characteristics really set wealth creation programs apart and indicate their suitability for the average person. These characteristics follow, and these are all characteristics of the 21st Century Academy and its program.

Understandable—presenting information in understandable terms, arranged in learnable concepts

Proven—Jamie McIntyre himself is proof of the system’s success, and so are a number of other course graduates

Starting from square one—Jamie starts where you are (stressed, struggling, with taxed finances)

Affordable—optional payment plans are offered to help you gain access to the course (because he knows if you were already rich, you wouldn’t need it!)

Accessible—21st Century Academy courses are offered in a variety of formats, including an online/homestudy course

Supportive—mentors are accessible to help clarify and guide you

Interesting—because if there is no interest, there’s no sustainability.

Jamie has been very successful at creating a program with all these characteristics and more. His truly is a course created for and with the needs and resources of the average Joe in mind.

The Flexibility To Be Interesting

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

As humans, we do not stay with something for long if it does not hold our interest. This is true of efforts at wealth creation, despite the fact that we stand to gain in a big way by succeeding at wealth creation. On the surface, it might seem that the promise of riches is interest enough to keep us working at a wealth-building program, but in reality, even the promise of payday cannot sustain a long-term effort (if that were the case, you’d just stay at your job without complaint!).

How The 21st Century Academy Makes Wealth Creation Interesting

Jamie McIntyre learned a lot along the way to creating the 21st Century Academy. He learned a lot about human nature, and he learned a lot about the psychology involved in creating wealth and financial success. He learned a lot about the various opportunities for investment and financial management that can lead to wealth, too, and he very skillfully combined all this knowledge into a completely understandable, usable program for achievable wealth creation.

Jamie McIntyre designed the 21st Century Academy to be both informative and interesting. He included all the strategies that can practically be applied by the average man or woman, and offered a number of interesting wealth creation and investment strategies so that each learner could choose the most interesting path to wealth creation for him/her. Along the way, Jamie McIntyre’s program also creates plenty of interest just in the basics of psychology and mindset that are learned.

The 21st Century Academy program has the versatility to be interesting and to grow with you as you learn, invest, strategize, and grow. This system is not one that is a flash-in-the-pan, it is a program that can be replicated again and again, and used to create a lifetime of sustaining wealth. In the 21st Century Academy, Jamie McIntyre has given us all the elements of a successful and interesting wealth creation program capable of holding our attention for more than long enough to succeed.

Leveling Investment Risk With 21st Century Academy

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

One of the important concepts taught by Jamie McIntyre and 21st Century Academy is how to manage risk in wealth creation. It’s an important lesson that Jamie McIntyre very purposefully included in his course.

Why Level Investment Risk

It is important to level out risk in wealth creation in order to create two things in your wealth creation program:

• Affordability of risk and

• Sustainability of wealth

If you cannot afford to lose the money you are investing in the big risks, you cannot take the big risks—or when you do, you stand to lose everything and repeatedly start back at square one.

If you always have to start over, there is no sustainability to your wealth creation program. You cannot rely on your investments to make money on a consistent basis, and so you cannot free yourself from the working world.

Jamie McIntyre shows you how to achieve affordability of risk and how to create a sustainable wealth creation program that will replace your income from the working world—and build it bigger than ever to support the lifestyle you desire.

Leveling Risk—How Jamie McIntyre Does It

In the 21st Century Academy courses, Jamie McIntyre uses a simple method (something he calls “bucketing” to keep it easy) to show you how to allocate funds and assets to spread the risk of investment. This consists of dividing up your assets and devoting them to different facets of your wealth creation plan.

This is a proven concept that has been put to the test by Jamie and by many others who’ve used his course. Of course, there is more to it than what’s been summarized here, but this should give you an idea of the many things that you stand to learn from Jamie and the 21st Century Academy. Leveling risk is just one more way Jamie McIntyre helps you create a reliable plan for life-long wealth creation.

Where The Rich Get Rich

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

Wouldn’t it be nice to know the “secrets” of the wealthy? To know just where the rich turn to build wealth upon wealth? Stick with Jamie McIntyre and the 21st Century Academy and you’ll find out.

The Rich Do Things Differently, But The Same

Jamie McIntyre’s goal is to show you how to become rich. That is what he developed the 21st Century Academy for, and that is what he does. In order to learn how to make yourself rich, how to create wealth, you have to know what it is that the wealthy do that you do not.

One of the things the wealthy do is create passive streams of income—they put their money into investments that will ultimately work for them so that they do not have to work for money. Teaching you how to do this is the primary focus of Jamie McIntyre’s 21st Century Academy.

There are primarily three places where the wealthy invest in order to do this; Jamie McIntyre calls these the “Three Pillars of the Rich”. The three pillars are:

Business

• Property (real estate)

• Shares (stocks)

That list may not come as much of a surprise to you. Most of us could guess that these are the three major areas where money is made in the 21st Century. The difference is in how the wealthy use these pillars to create wealth and how they manage their portfolios. The difference also is that the wealthy do not let fear and hesitation stop them from entering scary markets like these (a talk for another day…).

Jamie McIntyre and the 21st Century Academy are prepared to show you those differences. They can teach you how to invest in these pillars to create passive streams of wealth-building money, and they can show you how to make those streams sustainable for life. Better yet, they’ll show you how to use simple, manageable programs that you can understand, regardless of your background or education.

Who’s Behind 21st Century Academy?

Sunday, January 20th, 2008

By now, all of us here know that the man behind 21st Century Academy is the very successful, very intelligent Jamie McIntyre. But no great man stands alone, and it occurred to me that knowing where a guy like Jamie learned what he learned, what he used as a knowledge base for a program like the 21st Century Academy program lends credibility to the system and its teachings.

Who, then, is behind the guy behind 21st Century Academy? Where did Jamie McIntyre learn all that he has learned and consolidated into this (very effective and understandable) program?

Backed By Professionals

Jamie McIntyre developed 21st Century Academy and all its programs and products after years of studying the greatest minds in past and present financial, wealth creation history; this includes timeless empowerment writers like Wallace Wattles and Napoleon Hill, and it also includes a number of professionals—all successful, wealthy individuals who used their own minds and financial educations to make themselves millionaires.

Some of the people Jamie McIntyre learned from were professionals in the field of finance and/or professionals that worked in a consultancy capacity, like Leigh Barker who contributed to Jamie McIntyre’s writings.

Others are names you will very likely know already—like Robert Kiyosaki, inspiring writer of the “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” books, Anthony “Tony” Robbins, Jan Somers.

Of course, an institution like 21st Century Academy does not operate without the help of others, and a number of very skilled persons also work (or have worked) behind the scenes with Jamie.

To find credibility in Jamie McIntyre’s program, you have only to take a look at the back of one of his books. You’ll find a long list of the people he learned from, the creative thinkers that taught him how to live and invest for wealth creation. Take this list as proof worth banking on that Jamie McIntyre really knows of what he speaks and teaches.
