21st Century Academy Wealth Vision

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

When I flew to Sydney to catch up with Jamie McIntyre recently, I filmed the Wealth Vision videos for 21st Century Academy. They contain commentary by Jamie where he runs you through his ebook, chapter by chapter. First you download the ebook, then you receive the online video links to see and hear Jamie McIntyre explain what the book is about.

Road to Financial Freedom

These Wealth Vision Videos have been very popular. The fact that they are free certainly helps. This is about the very book that I read 3 years ago that got me started on the Road to Financial Freedom. I’m 3 years down the road, I’m developing a Millionaire Mindset and a lot closer now than I ever dared to dream about in the past. I’m hoping the Wealth Vision Videos will speed up the likely hood of others taking the same action that I did 3 years ago. You don’t have to become a full time investor to do these things. Learn at your own pace. Read the book and watch the videos.

I Fired My Boss and Doubled My Income

Saturday, September 22nd, 2007

When I Fired My Boss, approximately 21 months ago, my first thought was on my immediate financial future. I was elated and overwhelmed with the fact that I had acheived my 2 year goal of replacing my income through investing. The strategies I learnt through the DVD with Jamie McIntyre certainly started me off and gave me the urgency to take immediate action. The one strategy that really stood out was: Renting Shares.

Renting Shares like a Sharelord

My first strategy was to be Renting Shares, just like a Sharelord. I’ll explain the term in the next post. Back to the story. I had quit my job. The pressure was now on. I had given up my JOB (Just Over Broke) and now had to step up to the plate. Everyone was watching. At least that was how it felt. One month into the job (or should I say: out of the job), I had nearly doubled my income again. I made over $18,000 in my first month as an unemployed bum! Look up the word happy in a dictionary and there was a picture of me! Smiling!

180% increase in 30 days

What had taken me 23 months to acheive (doubling my income by learning to invest), I had nearly acheived in 30 days once the shackles where off. I wanted to learn to be rich and in the process I had to develop a millionaire mindset. My mentor, Jamie McIntyre certainly had shown me how to do this. Putting it into action isn’t neccessarily all that easy, though. To create wealth you need another skill that takes a bit of time to aquire:

Emotional Intelligence is the key

What on earth is this, you may ask? Emotional Intelligence is the ability to manage a synergy of skills, such as money management when investing in the stock market or making decisions without emotional attachment. A good investor knows that emotions must stay out of the decision process. Investing is 10% strategy and 90% mindset. More about Emotional Intelligence later.

Financial Freedom isn’t far away

A few month later I had trippled my old daytime income. Needless to say, the pressure was off pretty quick. Financial Freedom is a now lot closer now than I ever hoped. I certainly have a lot to thank 21st Century Academy for. My mentor Jamie McIntyre has taught me a lot more than I ever expected. To think that I nearly didn’t even order his free DVD or read his ebook. I suppose, I wouldn’t have known any better if I hadn’t. The thought still scares me though.

Learn To Invest in the 21st Century

Education For Life

I have just arrived home from Surfers paradise where I attended an Education For Life seminar with Jamie McIntyre and 21st Century Academy. As always, the experience is very uplifting and every time I learn to invest on a different level or learn a few more financial strategies.

21st Century Education

This is a true 21st Century Education as we need to look after ourselves and take charge of our own financial future in order to help others. Jamie McIntyre shows the way in a truly inspirational 4 day wealth education seminar. More than a dozen guest speakers teach their wealth strategies at this event and the education for life seminars are held at least 4 times per year around Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Learn To Invest

I realised that I had to Learn To Invest in order to acheive financial freedom. I first took the steps towards this when I ordered the free Jamie McIntyre DVD from 21st century academy in 2004. Little did I know at the time; that I would turn around my financial future and be in charge of my own destiny. Well, at least when it comes to my finances.

Emotional Intelligence

Another thing Jamie McIntyre taught me through his 21st Century Education was the skill of Emotional Intelligence. This skill outweighs all of the other skills and is highly underrated. Controlling the emotions is extremely important especially when dealing with the stock market or short term property investments. The benefits don’t take as long to appear as people think. Money management is also important to create wealth short term as well as long term. That is all tied in with Emotional Intelligence.

Jamie McIntyre Changed My Life

A bit over 3 years ago, I came across a free DVD with Jamie McIntyre. I read an ad in the newspaper advertising the DVD . It was the second time in 12 months I had come across this opportunity. The first time the DVD was for sale for $97 and I decided to give it a raincheck due to the price. Obviously I thought that $97 was too expensive for a potential opportunity that could change my life. What was I thinking? If I would learn to invest or learn the secrets of the rich, surely that was worth $97. Well, my mind process back then wasn’t much different to the way 96% of the population thinks; better safe than sorry. If in doubt, stay out!

Opportunities are slippery little suckers

This wealth opportunity was presented to me through a newspaper ad. It offered the free DVD with Jamie McIntyre, a self made millionaire in his twenties. I had a chance to learn where I had gone wrong, along with millions of other people when it comes to the quest of becoming self supporting and remove myself as a financial burden on society. Before I go any further, let me explain a few limitations that we place on ourselves. Maybe you can recognise some familiar quotes from society.

Self Made Millionaire vs Tall Poppy Syndrome

Being a self made millionaire like Jamie McIntyre isn’t something society necessarily admires very much. Certainly not in Australia where we have a human condition called: Tall Poppy Syndrome. This is a mindset of people who would rather bring successful people down to their own level rather than aspiring to get up to the level of the successful person. Really, all people are doing is making excuses and justifying why they haven’t achieved the same. Have you ever heard excuses such as?

• I don’t need money to be happy
• Money doesn’t buy you happiness
• There’s more to happiness than having money
• Etc…

Excuses = Justification of Failure

Have you heard Tall Poppy excuses such as these?

• Money doesn’t grow on trees
• Who do you think I am? Rockefeller?
• You have to be ruthless to be rich
• Is it sound to easy, it probably is (wow! This one puts the breaks on many people!)
• And many more excuses and justifications…

Who is the bad guy?

1. The person that:

a. Is so rich that money is abundant
b. Has enough of everything to go around
c. Creates assets faster than debt
d. Can afford to buy anything he/she desires
e. Can employ people, create jobs and support charities
f. Doesn’t rely on society to support them
g. Has a positive outlook on their financial future
h. Teaches others to do the same (if they are prepared to help themselves)

Or…

2. The person that:

a. Is too poor to live day to day and barely make ends meet
b. Thinks they are richer than they are and spend money before they have it
c. Creates debt faster than assets
d. Constantly complains about the “greedy rich people”
e. Don’t support many charities but rather depend on a few
f. Relies on society handouts, assistance or pensions to get by
g. Prefers not to think of their financial future
h. Hold other people back by convincing them how bad rich people are

The above points are not there to point out good or bad. The first person is no better human being than the second person. I’m simply pointing out some key attitudes that will either propel you into your successful financial future or will hold you back like a ball and chain.

Learn To Invest or Rely On Others

You can learn to invest and take charge of your own financial future. This is what I did when I finally ordered the DVD with Jamie McIntyre. It took me 12 months to finally decide to take the opportunity to change my financial future. This time I read a new ad in the paper and this time it was free. Well, I had put my wealth education on hold for 12 month for the measly price of $97. What can I say? I’m not proud of this poor excuse and still it taught me a valuable lesson; stop thinking like a pauper, Sean. Step aside from the mainstream attitudes of society and take charge of your own future. Do it and do it now! And so I did.

21st Century Academy Retired Me in 23 Months

You can read my testimonial that I wrote after quitting my day job forever. It is here in this blog. I joined 21st Century Academy in January 2004 and the rest is history. I changed my path. It wasn’t hard, it just took effort. No more effort however, than it takes to struggle along day to day in the Rat Race of society.

21st Century Academy Seminar

Education For Life Seminar

The 4 day Education For Life seminar that was held at the Holliday Inn, Surfers Paradise was once again a huge success. Over 400 people attended the wealth seminar with Jamie McIntyre. For the ones who wanted to accept charge of their own destiny, the goods where once again delivered.

21st Century Academy 4 day seminars

This was the third time this year I attended the Jamie McIntyre seminar and in total I have attended 9 of the 21st Century Academy 4 day seminars. Every time I go to one, my personal growth is huge and I notice massive changes in areas of my life such as:

  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Financial Intelligence
  • Mindset
  • Money Management
  • Attitude and Life skills
  • Financial Strategies
  • And many more…

    Importance of emotional intelligence

You may notice how I put the money last. There is a reason for this. Learn to invest and your money making skills are still useless without the mindset and emotional intelligence. Accept this and life will take a pretty good and prosperous direction. Discard it as nonsense and suffer the consequences…  I have seen far too many people brush this off and I must say, I haven’t seen too many of them live a life that I envy or desire. Everyone for themselves of course. I can’t impose my views on others; however I can help the ones who are prepared to help themselves accelerate their wealthy mindsets.

    21st Century Academy

Join in at the next seminar with 21st Century Academy. Ensure you take advantage of your free ticket for yourself and your spouse when you get the Jamie McIntyre Homestudy Program. If you are happy with your own results and / or the direction your life is now heading in, then please refer your likeminded friends to the free 21st Century Academy DVD so they can also benefit from this opportunity of wealth.
